Follow your favorite turkey recipe, adding 4 sprigs of our on-stem Rosemary to the cavity. You can also add rosemary, sage, and thyme (crushed) to the butter you use to slather the turkey before cooking.
Soften 4 tbsp. butter. Add 1 tsp. horseradish and 1/4 tsp thyme. Taste, adjust as needed. Refrigerate until your meat is ready.
